Hola!! Somos Patty y Manuel Urquiaga. Queremos ofrecerte nuestra casa a un paso de las más lindas playas y las mejores olas al sur de Lima, de la manera más cómoda y en familia que hay. Para eso tenemos para ti, camas confortables en habitaciones matrimoniales o compartidas con cualquier cantidad de agua dulce fría y caliente a cualquier hora del día o de la noche. En nuestra sala encontrarás TV cable, DVD y juegos de mesa en un ambiente 100% acogedor y para la hora del atardecer dos lindas terrazas para tu deleite. Al levantarte, vas a tener una apetecible mesa con fruta, mermelada de la casa, té, cafecito pasado, leche, pan a discreción y otras cositas ricas.
Opcionalmente, en la tarde al regreso de tu playazo, a golpe de 6 ó 7 de la noche te ofrecemos una comida 100% casera. También ponemos a tu servicio, transporte de Lima a Punta Hermosa y viceversa para quien lo requiera.
Si vienes a surfear, aparte de tener todo lo mencionado arriba, Manuel te puede transportar a 26 rompientes en los 10 Km. alrededor de nuestra casa o puedes hacerlo por aquí cerca. En caso de que quieras viajar a otras rompientes en nuestro litoral, Manuel será tu guía / fotógrafo en los viajes de surf, además de orientar y ayudar en los itinerarios según la actual predicción de oleaje, reservaciones e inclusive en la compra o alquiler de los equipos que necesites.

Hi!! We are Patty and Manuel Urquiaga, offering you our house in the most familiar way possible, just a little way from the most beautiful beaches and the best waves south of Lima. For that, we have great rooms with comfortable beds, with lots of cold and hot fresh water running all day long.
For your entertainment, in our living room you will find cable TV, DVD and assorted family games, as well as two beautiful terraces to enjoy a delicious beverage watching our amazing sunsets.
Waking up you will find a breakfast table with assorted fruit salads, homemade jams, tea, freshly brewed coffee, assorted bread rolls and other delicacies. Optionally in the evening, after a nice day at the beach, we can offer you a delicious home cooked supper.
We also have transportation available for you, to and from the international airport as well as sightseeing and shopping tours. For anybody who surfs, we take you, to and from any of the 26 surf breaks in the 10 kms. around our house, and if you come exclusively to surf, Manuel will be your surf guide / photographer and advise you with schedules based upon current surf predictions, reservations and in buying or rental of any equipment needed.
